The Lab
a method for turning conflict into curiosity

I designed and facilitate a process for groups in crisis or conflict. It’s built to help people get unstuck, move through discomfort, and ultimately get back to business.
Whether in a boardroom, classroom, or living room, The Lab has helped teams address diversity (of thought, background, and identity) which often leads to confusion, tension, or breakdown.
It’s not therapy.
It’s not a debate.
It’s a long-form-conversation format that I developed to allow groups to “Lab Out” big, disparate ideas — and then to see where those ideas take them.
Why?
I structured The Lab as a group process for navigating discomfort with care — without collapsing into silence, reactivity, or dominance.
The goal is not to agree. The goal is to disagree with decorum.
When things get tense, most teams either shut down or blow up. The Lab offers a third path: stay with it. People can live together without agreeing. It takes less debate and more patience. Less finality and more exploration.
Who?
If your group is spinning, spiraling, or uncomfortably stuck - let me introduce The Lab to your team, and facilitate a space where disagreements become your most powerful tool.
